Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Leader to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of power management ICs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog and power IC development, with experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure the integration of ICs into larger systems, and collaborate on developing innovative solutions that meet challenging specifications.

We are looking for a talented individual who can architect the IC, break down system/chip-top level requirements into block level specifications, and guide the layout development from floor planning to chip top completion.

  • Achieve high-quality silicon while adhering to schedules based on business needs.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges and risks.
  • Collaborate with junior engineers to upscale their technical skills.
Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Leading the design and development of power management ICs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ICs into larger systems.
  • Developing and implementing innovative solutions to meet challenging specifications.
  • Architecting the IC and breaking down system/chip-top level requirements into block level specifications.
  • Guiding the layout development from floor planning to chip top completion.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Have 10+ years of experience in analog circuit design.
  • Have solid understanding and design experience of complex analog designs with full ownership.
  • Be proficient in designing complete switching converters and all involved IPs.
  • Have thorough understanding of Switch Cap circuits.
  • Have good understanding of commonly used control loop architectures (Constant Freq, Constant ON/OFF Time, Current mode etc).
