We are seeking an innovative engineer to join our team of experts. Our goal is to help organizations transform and grow through technology innovation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in migrating automated test equipment (ATE) test programs from various platforms to the NI STS platform.

  • Migrating ATE test programs from different platforms to the NI STS platform.
  • Developing and maintaining characterization programs for digital and analog failures.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and at least 4 years of industry experience in IC Test engineering.

We are looking for a skilled professional with strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices, including C++/C# programming and solid understanding of test program development and debugging.

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Test or equivalent field.
  • Strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices.
  • Proficiency in C++/C# programming language.
  • Solid understanding of test program development and debugging.

Prior experience with Teradyne and NI STS platforms is highly desirable, as well as knowledge of scripting languages and statistical data analysis tools like JMP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate ATE test programs to the NI STS platform.
  • Develop and maintain characterization programs for digital and analog failures.
  • Drive FA and debug activities for digital/analog failures in ATE test programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Test or equivalent field.
  • Strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices.
  • Proficiency in C++/C# programming language.
  • Solid understanding of test program development and debugging.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience with Teradyne and NI STS platforms.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with statistical data analysis tools like JMP.
