Business Analyst Quality Assurance Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to bridge business needs with technology delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong business analysis skills with hands-on quality assurance/testing capabilities and play a key role in our ERP re-implementations and Digital Transformation engagements.

Job Description:

The Business Analyst - Quality Assurance (BA QA) will support various projects, including ERP re-implementations and Digital Transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities include eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements through workshops, interviews, and BRDs; identifying process improvement and automation opportunities across business functions; analyzing existing data structures, performing data mapping, and supporting ERP data migration; defining test strategies, building test scenarios, and creating test scripts for ERP/Digital solutions; executing test cases, capturing defects, and managing test progress; driving quality assurance across the project lifecycle and ensuring adherence to required standards; supporting change management through documentation and user training; coordinating UAT and validating alignment of new digital capabilities to business goals; and identifying opportunities for test automation and process optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 6+ years' experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance
  • Experience across ERP (preferably re-implementation/migration) and Digital Transformation
  • Hands-on experience with test strategy, test case design, UAT, and defect tracking
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
