Job Overview

The Physical Design Lead is responsible for driving block-level physical design from RTL to GDSII or Netlist to GDSII, providing technical guidance and leadership to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement block-level physical design from RTL to GDSII or Netlist to GDSII
  • Provide technical guidance and lead a team of engineers on small projects
  • Communicate effectively with clients as the single point of contact

Requirements:

  • 4-12 years of experience in physical design implementation
  • Strong skills in automation tools (Perl, Tcl, Awk, Python)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
