The successful candidate will have a proven track record of handling fleet acquisition and retention, supporting cross-functional teams, and leading driver engagement initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing large fleets for acquisitions and retentions;">
  • Supporting cross-functional teams including GTM, marketing, legal, and GR teams;">
  • Conducting market share analysis and creating plans to improve our footprint in the market;">
  • Searching, hiring, and retaining offline and online recruiters;">
  • Building relationships with local authorities for effective supply management;">
  • Building GTM strategies to onboard new and active drivers;">
  • Taking ownership of different new projects and initiatives to drive brand recognition in the market;">
  • Identifying supply gaps within different areas and establishing new channels of acquisition;">
  • Extensive travel to different cities within the country to manage on-ground operations.">

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment, leadership skills, and at least 3 years of experience in managing large operational teams across different cities or regions. They must also be a go-getter with the ability to solve and handle multiple projects simultaneously, possess strong analytical and qualitative skills, and be able to use data to solve large-scale operational challenges. Startup experience is a must.
