Job Title: Senior Program Coordinator

About the Role:

This is a key position in our organization, responsible for administering end-to-end program processes on behalf of business owners. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Administration: Oversee the entire program process, from initiation to closure, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with program stakeholders, including champions, procurement, legal, patient safety, compliance, and quality assurance teams, to create and manage program documents.
  • Approval Management: Responsible for obtaining necessary approvals in a timely manner, as well as managing external service provider compliance checks prior to fieldwork initiation.
  • Data Management: Enter program details into the POPsys database throughout the program conduct, ensuring accurate tracking of required activities, such as first participant contact dates, adverse event reconciliation, periodic reviews, and closure.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all program-related activities in the POP repository, identifying and documenting quality issues, performing root cause analysis, risk assessments, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Project Handover: Ensure effective handover of activities when leaving the role or organization, liaising with the program champion, and managing projects assigned in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: A degree in a related field and relevant experience in program coordination or management.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in data management and documentation systems.
