We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to manage property listings across leading real estate portals. This role involves generating qualified leads, ensuring listings are well-optimized and up-to-date, and monitoring analytics to identify trends and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate quality leads through active listings on platforms like 99acres, MagicBricks, and Housing.com.
- Upload, update, and maintain accurate property listings on real estate portals.
- Ensure all listings are visually appealing, keyword-optimized, and refreshed regularly.
- Monitor analytics and lead inflow from property portals to identify trends and improve performance.
- Graduate degree in BBA, B.Com, or equivalent field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (training will be provided).
