Job Description:

As a Digital Content Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing content strategies that align with our agency's goals and objectives. This involves creating content calendars, identifying key themes and topics, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality work on time.

Your responsibilities will also include managing client-side content, ensuring accuracy, and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality. Additionally, you will plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns, staying up-to-date with trends and capitalizing on timely opportunities in the Web3 space.

You will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with internal teams and freelancers to meet deadlines while maintaining quality. Furthermore, you will identify and fill content gaps, keeping an eye on trending topics and discussions in the blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the agency's goals and objectives.
  • Manage client-side content, ensuring accuracy, and delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with internal teams and freelancers to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns, staying up-to-date with trends and capitalizing on timely opportunities in the Web3 space.
  • Identify and fill content gaps, keeping an eye on trending topics and discussions in the blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.
  • Utilize project management tools like Notion and Trello to organize and track campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to adapt to changing project requirements and deliver high-quality content on time.
  • Adapt your voice and tone to match different brand styles while maintaining authenticity.
  • Conduct thorough research on new topics, verifying facts, and finding engaging angles for your content.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience writing threads or short-form social content.
  • Proficiency in various content formats, such as Crypto technical docs, X threads, posts, Discord announcements, and crypto blogs is preferred.
  • A strong background in Web3, particularly knowledge of gaming and crypto ecosystems, is essential.
  • Understanding of Twitter's algorithm, best posting times, and engagement strategies.
  • Ability to spot and capitalize on trending topics in the Web3 space.
  • Knowledge of crafting tweets that encourage likes, retweets, and replies.
