About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 5-7 years of experience to drive business growth through data insights. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GA4 and BigQuery, as well as proficiency in BI tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, reporting, and forecasting models to support business decisions. Additionally, they will partner with cross-functional teams to validate data accuracy and ensure data quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conversion and Journey Analytics: Build GA4 funnels, diagnose drop-offs, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Dashboards and Reporting: Develop and maintain automated executive and team dashboards in Looker Studio.
  • Forecasting and Planning Support: Partner with Growth/Finance to project traffic, conversion, and revenue.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Validate GA4/Shopify events and schema changes.
Requirements:
  • Expert SQL skills: Proficient in writing complex queries and optimizing database performance.
  • BI proficiency: Experienced in using BI tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • GA4 expertise: Knowledgeable in event modeling, custom dimensions, funnels, UTMs, and exploration reports.
  • Scripting for analysis/automation: Familiarity with Python or R programming languages.

Experience with Shopify, Recharge, and Klaviyo datasets is an advantage. Familiarity with AI/ML use cases and high-growth ecommerce environments is also beneficial.
