Role: Senior Claims Analyst - Claims Operations
  • Process Life Insurance and Living Benefits Claims for Canadian customers.
  • Coordinate with onshore teams and clients to ensure timely processing of Claims transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Life Insurance and Living Benefits Claims
  • Fluent French speaking/writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills – English
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Life Insurance/Living Benefits Claims background
  • Prior experience working in Canadian processes preferred
  • Must be open to night shifts and rotational shifts

Required Qualifications:

  • B.A, B.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA

We are seeking an experienced claims professional who can effectively manage life insurance and living benefits claims for our Canadian customers. As a senior claims analyst, you will coordinate with onshore teams and clients to ensure timely processing of claims transactions.

The ideal candidate will also have a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in life insurance/living benefits claims, with prior experience working in Canadian processes being preferred.
