Visual Merchandising Opportunity

Create visually appealing store displays that showcase the latest fashion collections.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and products. Develop a thorough understanding of the product range and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting the specific needs of customers. Familiarize yourself with customer service methods and apply them effectively.
  • Visual Merchandise: Apply visual merchandising techniques to create engaging store displays that drive sales and enhance the shopping experience. Analyze and display products according to plans, and optimize furniture for store-specific displays.
  • Product Reception: Manage the delivery process and replenishment procedures efficiently. Ensure timely receipt and storage of products, maintaining a well-organized stock room.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead a team of visual merchandisers, guiding and training them to perform their duties efficiently. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes growth and development within the team.
  • Loss Prevention: Participate in regular inventory checks, following company procedures, to minimize inventory loss. Educate colleagues on security procedures, including fitting rooms, cash desks, and zoning, to maintain a low inventory loss rate.
  • Stock Management: Organize and maintain an efficient stock room system, ensuring accurate tracking and rotation of stock. Utilize available tools to stay up-to-date on stock levels and rotations.
