About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing product displays and layouts that align with our brand image and merchandising guidelines.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement new in-store displays and advertisements aligned with brand campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences to ensure our visual merchandising efforts remain competitive.
  • Lead store setup activities and oversee the upkeep of displays to maintain a clean, attractive, and consistent brand presence across all retail locations.
  • Train and guide in-store staff on visual merchandising best practices and display maintenance.
  • Analyse the impact of visual merchandising efforts on footfall and sales metrics, providing regular reports with insights and performance metrics.

What You'll Bring:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard visual merchandising software and tools.
