Job Title: Visual Merchandiser

We are seeking a skilled and creative Visual Merchandiser to develop and implement captivating visual merchandising strategies for retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies based on brand guidelines and seasonal trends.
  • Plan store layouts, window displays, and product placements to maximize visual impact and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Maintain well-designed, clean, and regularly updated visual merchandising displays.
  • Train in-store staff on visual merchandising principles and standards.
  • Analyze sales trends to evaluate the effectiveness of visual displays and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Source display materials and coordinate with vendors for fixtures, signage, and props.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure consistency in presentation across locations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to enhance visual appeal.

Requirements:
