Finance Leadership Opportunity

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of managing financial performance and directing accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate monthly internal financial reporting that aligns with relevant accounting standards.
  • Financial Analysis/Controlling:
    • Perform regular review of Financials to ensure the quality of reported numbers.
    • Perform analysis of specific areas assigned (e.g. revenue, cost, intercompany, fixed assets etc).
    • Provide input to management reports.
    • Ensure adequate support to business partners.
    • Implement controls to ensure data accuracy.
    • Prepare schedules and gather requested documents necessary for audit and tax return preparation.
    • Be involved in other accounting/finance projects and tasks as assigned.
    • Measure actuals obtained and flag variances through proper controlling.
    • Facilitate operational service delivery meetings.
    • Liaise with all employees.
    • Post reporting follow-up to ensure action items are resolved before the next month end.
  • Audit Support: Assist with Audit queries and support ensuring timely documentation and submission of audit requests.
Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor/master degree in finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with financial reporting or controlling or related business.
  • Strong knowledge in working with financial books/financial controlling in Financial Consolidation System.
  • Experience in working in international environments (preferably experience from SSC setup).
  • Good understanding and experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required minimum level B2.
  • In-depth knowledge of Finance processes and policies.
