Job Title: Senior Financial Manager

Are you a seasoned finance professional looking to leverage your expertise in financial management and leadership?

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Drive strategic financial planning, oversee budgeting processes, and supervise the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Treasury Management: Manage daily cash flow, monitor treasury operations, and liaise with banks for cost-effective funding solutions.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, supervise GST reconciliation, and oversee ROC filings and FEMA/RBI compliance.
  • Audit & Risk Management: Complete stock audits, resolve audit observations, and monitor suspense accounts and reconciliations.
  • Banking & Documentation: Oversee CMA data, QIS reports, and LC/Bank Guarantee documentation, and manage RBI compliance related to export-import transactions.
  • Export/Import Finance: Oversee imports, manage Auditor's certifications, and ensure export turnover declarations and write-off settlements.

Key Competencies:

  • Deep knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Proven experience in treasury operations and forex risk management.
  • Strong banking network and understanding of credit facilities, trade finance.
  • Ability to manage audits and ensure end-to-end financial hygiene.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
