Job Title: Quality Manager or Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, process plans, and quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing test plans to ensure all objectives are met
  • Implementing and monitoring test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of services or products
  • Identifying and remediating defects within the production process
  • Recommending, implementing, and monitoring preventative and corrective actions to ensure quality assurance standards are achieved
  • Compiling and analyzing statistical data to inform quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring user expectations are met during the testing process
  • Drafting quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Investigating customer complaints and product issues
  • Maintaining ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is required, along with experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
