Marketing Team Lead

 

Job Summary:

The Marketing Team Lead will be responsible for leading the product management team in generating business revenue through marketing initiatives within assigned segments. This role involves strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance monitoring.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and monitor sales performance for targeted brands/portfolio by designing substantial marketing brand plans to achieve yearly objectives.
  • Review and provide first-level approval of divisional promotional materials to build brands and therapies.
  • Maintain customer connections and key stakeholders (stockists, depot) through field work to understand competition, insights, research, and KOL engagements, distribution, and talent spotting.
  • Validate and approve campaigns, concepts, and ideas to increase prescription and prescriber base along with secondary sales monitoring for the brands and therapies.
  • Conduct reviews to control and monitor divisional performance to align the team on strategy building and implementation for the year.
  • Plan rewards and recognition programs and create team development platforms to retain, motivate, and achieve budgets.

 

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any stream. Degree or diploma in management is preferable.
  • Relevant work experience: 5-7 years in marketing.
