We are seeking an exceptional HR Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to drive the recruitment and management of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for our programs. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, onboarding SMEs, and managing agreements & payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SME Sourcing & Hiring: Identify and reach out to potential Subject Matter Experts through professional networks, job boards, and referrals.
  • Onboarding: Schedule, manage interviews between SMEs and internal stakeholders, and ensure seamless onboarding by managing documentation, agreements, and orientation.
  • Database Management: Maintain SME contracts, profiles, deliverables in collaboration with the program team.
  • Payment Coordination: Work with Finance to ensure timely processing of SME payments.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with content and delivery teams and act as the first point of contact for SMEs, ensuring smooth communication and engagement.
  • Process Improvements: Support the program team in refining SME hiring and engagement processes.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing/completed graduation or post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
