About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our Enterprise Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strengthening our control landscape and supporting the establishment of new and delivery of existing core processes designed to evaluate and manage risks associated with external business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with members of the broader organization, including Risk & Compliance, Product, Sales and other business functions, to further strengthen the Firm's risk management practices and drive risk management framework adoption.
  • Support the development and delivery of the enterprise-wide Know Your Customer (KYC) program and the associated projects.
  • Design, implement and improve relevant processes, i.e., customer screening, operationalizing new organizational capabilities and tooling.
  • Support third-party risk management activities, connecting the dots to gain efficiency across adjacent processes.
  • Mature risk reporting to ensure visibility and adequate treatment for the relevant identified issues.
  • Build and maintain a common KYC body of knowledge covering Standard Operating Procedures, as well as training materials for new joiners and impacted business stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who is naturally curious, eager to learn and grow. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and strive for excellence. You should understand compliance, sales processes, customer screening and KYC processes. You should speak fluent English and communicate effectively and efficiently. You should have more than 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated industry, and ideally, 3+ years in a management role leading service delivery and a team of contributors.
