AI Project Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AI project specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and experience working with large datasets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models that drive business outcomes. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI models using Python and TensorFlow/Keras frameworks.
  • Evaluate model performance and benchmark different model versions on various datasets.
  • Experience in vision domain ML models is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Generate data in model format (tfrecords, lmdb, etc.) and perform data analysis and visualization.
  • Debug Python compilation, data reading issues, and optimize model performance.
  • Use development tools like git/gerrit, static/dynamic analysis tools, code coverage, test & performance analysis tools.
  • Develop data analysis and annotation scripts and explore tools for ease of data understanding and annotations.
  • Track and version data used in ML pipeline and report generation.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Python programming language.
  • Familiarity with TensorFlow/Keras frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience in data visualization and cleaning for AI/ML projects.
  • Synthetic data generation experience.
  • Comfortable with building data analysis, annotation scripts, and exploring tools for ease of data understanding and annotations.
