Job Title: Data Analyst

Drive Business Growth with Data Science Expertise

At our company, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated data scientist to lead the way in data-driven decision making. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI and machine learning solutions to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy predictive models using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business strategy.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports.

Requirements:

  1. Technical Skills:
  • AI/ML: 2+ years of experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar), production deployment of at least one AI system, and experience with LLM framework (LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen).
  • Python Development: 3+ years of Python development with strong fundamentals, API development using Flask or FastAPI, async programming, database integration, and JSON/REST APIs.
  • Production Systems: 2+ years of building production software that serves real users, error handling and logging, basic cloud deployment, Git/version control, and testing fundamentals.
Business Process:
  • User requirements: ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, data quality, exception handling.
Software Engineering:
  • 3+ years total software development experience, 1+ production AI project, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving.
Communication & Collaboration:
  • Technical documentation, stakeholder communication, independent work, learning agility.
Educational Background:
  • Formal Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. OR equivalent experience - demonstrable technical skills through projects/work.
  • Alternative Paths: Coding bootcamp + 2+ years professional development experience, self-taught with strong portfolio of production projects, technical certifications + relevant experience.
Nice to Have:
  • Financial services or fintech experience, vector databases experience, Docker/containerization knowledge, advanced ML/AI education or certifications.
