Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a collaborative work environment that fosters effective teamwork.
  • Coordinate new member introduction events, such as brunches and mixers, to facilitate networking.
  • Partner with local businesses to plan community engagement events.
  • Continuously measure and improve member satisfaction through data-driven insights.
  • Ensure the front desk is always staffed by a community team member, representing the face of the center.
  • Conceptualize and execute community initiatives, including events, to build relationships among members.
  • Introduce new members to the existing community, promoting a sense of belonging.
  • Manage billing and check-in/check-out processes for hourly or day-pass members.
  • Conduct CoWrks Center tours for potential new members, showcasing the facility's amenities.
  • Respond promptly to member needs, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Oversee membership waiting lists, ensuring efficient management.
  • Encourage members to enroll on the Cowrks App, promoting digital adoption.
  • Gather data on members' business objectives and identify services that can support their goals.
  • Supervise in-building events, adhering to house rules and escalating issues as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years
  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree

Working with the Operations Teams:

  • Collaborate with the CoWrks Operations teams to maintain operational efficiency and cleanliness throughout the facilities.
  • Assist the Community Manager in developing policies for guest registration, security, and building procedures.
  • Provide regular reports to the Community Manager, highlighting daily, weekly, and monthly progress.
  • Liaise with Facilities & IT Support teams to resolve member issues related to printers, telephones, and other equipment.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that promote CoWrks, enhancing its reputation.
  • Work closely with Communications, Marketing & Technology teams to ensure seamless digital/email/print communications prior to events.
  • Implement new initiatives, policies, and processes to boost operational efficiency and foster stronger, more engaged CoWrks communities.
  • Inspect CoWrks Center amenities and services daily, reporting maintenance needs through the ticketing platform.
  • Prepare center expense reports for review by the Community Development Council on a monthly basis.
  • Send procurement requirements to respective teams in a timely manner.
