Job Title: Senior Communications Professional

As a seasoned communications expert, you will lead our organization's communication and engagement efforts, driving strategic initiatives that enhance brand identity and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with business objectives, leveraging diverse channels to reach targeted audiences.
  • Create engaging content for various mediums, including social media, blogs, thought leadership pieces, and employee communications.
  • Manage corporate messaging to ensure consistency in tone, language, and brand positioning across all platforms.
  • Lead employee engagement activities, brand campaigns, event communications, and digital storytelling efforts to drive engagement and boost morale.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, talent acquisition, and leadership, to amplify key initiatives and achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor brand perception, analyze communication effectiveness, and optimize strategies based on insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee visual and written brand guidelines to ensure adherence across all platforms and maintain a cohesive brand image.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 3-5 years of experience in branding, communications, or related fields, with a proven track record of success.
  • MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong ability to craft compelling narratives and manage multi-channel communications, ensuring consistent tone and style.
  • Experience working with cross-functional collaboration, leadership teams, and external partners is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging content.
  • Ability to analyze brand perception and adjust strategies accordingly, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience with employee engagement and digital storytelling initiatives is highly valued.
