About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Specialist to join our NA External Repair team at ADCI HYD 13 SEZ - H84. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations with repair vendor partners, including transportation and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for vendors with respect to transportation and inventory management, handling escalations and regular business inquiries.
  • Effectively track and report on transportation and inventory management.
  • Run SQL queries in Hubble to generate reports related to day-to-day repair operations.
  • Support the creation of and adherence to standard work for vendors, returns centers, or the repair team.
  • Report on key metrics for the area of responsibility.
  • Identify continuous improvement projects that reduce costs, increase speed, improve quality, or simplify the program.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Owners, Tech, Business, Finance, Product Safety, Legal, ACES, and Operations partners.

You will have the opportunity to work with external repair vendors, collaborating on proactive projects to achieve our true north goals of zero cost of returns and zero waste. Your work will be dynamic, with a focus on finding ways to improve business performance and drive continuous improvement.

As a member of the US External Repair Team, you will be part of a collaborative environment where everyone works together to achieve our goals. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Hyderabad, TS, IND.

Requirements

  • Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements for functional, non-functional, testability, and completeness.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to analyze requirements, raise questions, and seek clarifications required for testing.
  • Ability to prepare and share timely status reports with stakeholders.
  • Experience with collection, documentation, and archival of all required testing artifacts in accordance with controls/audit requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Proficient English knowledge, both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience working with minimum 5-7 stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with SQL.
