About The Job

This is a role for an experienced digital marketing professional who can design and execute effective multi-channel campaigns to improve collections performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and execute multi-channel digital campaigns tailored to customer segments and delinquency stages.
  2. Develop and maintain a campaign calendar aligned with business priorities and regulatory guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, tone, and escalation protocols.
  4. Utilize campaign builder platforms to configure and allocate customer segments across delinquency buckets, channels, and vendors.
  5. Continuously monitor and refine allocation rules to optimize recovery outcomes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, collections strategy, or campaign management.
  • Proficiency in campaign platforms (e.g., Twilio, FICO CCS, Genesys), SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, CFRs, and data integration workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
