Requirements:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: At least 10+ years of work experience, with a proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving business growth.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Excellence.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Marketing Automation systems (e.g., Marketo).
  • Attributes: A passion for influencing cross-functional teams and helping them succeed together.
