Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our community relations efforts.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in planning, monitoring, and working with communities at the grassroots level. They will possess a post-graduation degree in social work, social sciences, or rural management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with various stakeholders, including mines manager, HR, business head, QA, geology, finance, production/mining, logistics, and external stakeholders such as government officials, locality, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies that promote sustainable development and improve the quality of life for local communities
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement effective community outreach programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and local organizations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Over 10 years of experience in community relations, project management, or a related field
  • A post-graduation degree in social work, social sciences, or rural management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
