We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team. This role involves submitting dental insurance claims, tracking payments, following up on outstanding balances, and ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit electronic and manual dental insurance claims with precision and timeliness.
  • Review patient records, treatment plans, and insurance coverage for proper coding and documentation.
  • Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor accounts receivable reports and maintain current aging reports.
  • Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues and obtain payment status.
  • Collaborate with front office staff and patients to clarify billing inquiries and account balances.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental billing guidelines.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in claims and accounts receivable.
  • Experience with dental management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-suite applications.
