Senior Business Analyst Role

As a seasoned Senior Business Analyst in the healthcare domain, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, and state-specific regulations to ensure seamless system integration and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain systems that align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Analyze and configure benefit codes for medical, dental, pharmacy, and specialty products to optimize claims adjudication and eligibility processing.
  • Craft high-quality member-facing collateral such as Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs), provider directories, and plan brochures that accurately reflect product offerings and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, and state-specific regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive compliant system development and maintenance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and attention to detail.
