Cloud Database Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Database Consultant with expertise in MS SQL and Oracle environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining database environments on AWS.

  • Leading workshops to gather requirements, design solutions, and define database architecture for Oracle and MS SQL on Cloud
  • Planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining database environments on AWS (RDS, EC2, S3)
  • Providing hands-on expertise in Installation & Configuration, Schema handling, User and Security Management, Backup & Restore, and Database Administration for MS SQL & Oracle
  • Architect-level knowledge of Server Security, DR Replication monitoring/configuration, High Availability (HA), Failover, and Replication
  • Developing and optimizing database structures to ensure data integrity, performance, and security
  • Implementing MS SQL & Oracle-related tools; writing scripts for automation; performing advanced database performance tuning
  • Providing integration support with third-party monitoring systems
  • Administering Linux and Windows environments for database deployments

Candidates should possess the following skills:

  • Relevant experience as a Database Developer/Consultant (3–5 years)
  • Expertise in performance analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution
  • Excellent consulting, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • A strong understanding of HA and replication mechanisms for databases
  • Certifications in AWS, Oracle, and Microsoft technologies preferred
