Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Strategist to lead paid media campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid campaign strategies on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide regular performance reports.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for improved targeting.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Continuously test and optimize ad creative, copy, and targeting strategies for enhanced performance.
  • Ensure effective campaign budgeting and forecasting, delivering high returns on investment (ROI).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and platform updates.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and Ad Exchange.
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) basics to align paid and organic strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience in agency environments with multi-client campaign management.
  • Familiarity with programmatic ads and marketing automation tools.
