Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to lead our interior design projects from conception to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction team, ensuring quality workmanship, managing project timelines and budgets, and maintaining effective communication with clients, designers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project schedules and resources to deliver high-quality results on time
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures to maintain excellence in every project
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Prior experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or in a similar role is essential
  • Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with clients, designers, and contractors
  • Strong organizational and project management skills are essential to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are critical to success in this role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in the luxury design industry is a plus
