Company Description

PROJECT INTERIOR, We, 'Project Interiors' have been in the false ceiling industry for more than 25 yrs. We are manufacturers of metal false ceilings and acoustics. We are working with A listed companies like TCS, Infosys, Reliance, Deloitte, Aarti Industries, Tata Realty, Lodha Group, Raheja Group , HDFC bank to name a few and in Metro stations of Line 2A, Line 3, Kochi Metro, worked with DMRC, BMRCL, MMRDA & MMRCL.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai and Bangalore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales , setting individual sales targets, and work closely to identify new markets and customer needs. The role also involves building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

·       Proven experience in Sales Management and developing sales strategies

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions

·       Experience in the interior design or corporate interior product is a plus

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
