  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Explain IIT-JEE, NEET, and Foundation courses to students and parents.
    • Help learners select suitable batches, programs, and study plans tailored to their goals.
    • Manage enrollments, lead generation, conversions, and student retention at centers.
    • Provide career and academic counseling focused on competitive exam preparation.
    • Maintain accurate student records via internal systems.
    • Collaborate with faculty, center heads, and operations teams for seamless onboarding.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills:
    • Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language.
    • A passion for education and empathy toward students and parents.
    • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Prior experience in counseling, admissions, or sales (especially in education/coaching) is preferred.
