Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with team members to understand their needs and provide tailored support
• Collaborate with other mentors and team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment
• Identify opportunities for growth and development and provide feedback to team members

Requirements:

• 1 year of work experience in a related field
• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Excellent English communication skills
• Prior knowledge of mentorship, teaching, coaching, customer care, or communication is an added advantage
