Job Title

A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various digital channels to drive lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
  • Design and implement ad creatives, targeting strategies, and budgets for multiple clients.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CPA) to optimize and improve results.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to maximize effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis from tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to work independently with ownership and manage multiple client campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ROI-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of SEO, automation, or email marketing is a plus.
