Senior Oracle Apps Database Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Apps DBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle E-Business Suite environments.
About the Role- This is a key position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Installation & Configuration:
- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x) and Oracle databases (11g/12c/19c).
- Set up and manage multi-node RAC environments and ASM storage.
- Perform patching (ADOP, CPU/PSU), cloning, backup, and recovery using RMAN.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application and database issues including Concurrent Managers, Workflow, and Forms/Reports.
- Conduct performance tuning of databases and applications.
- Implement purging, archiving, and cloning strategies.
- Configure and manage Oracle Data Guard for standby setups and failover operations.
- Ensure 24x7 uptime and participate in on-call support and weekend maintenance.
- Develop and maintain Shell, Perl, SQL, and PL/SQL scripts for monitoring and reporting.
- Automate routine DBA tasks and alerts.
- Enforce database security policies and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and audit standards.
- Maintain DBA runbooks, cloning procedures, and upgrade documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, system admins, and business analysts.
