Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Experience in leading, mentoring ateam of Oracleand Oracle appsDBAs,providingtechnical guidance, performance evaluations, and career development.
- Team handling experience of at least 10+ resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with development, operations, and infrastructure teams.
- Administer and supportOracle Databases (11g, 12c, 19c), ensuringoptimalperformance, availability, and security.
- Install, configure, and manageOracle E-Business Suite (EBS), including patching, upgrades, and user access.
- Monitor andmaintainOracle Apps EBSenvironments, ensuringmaximumuptime and system efficiency.
- Design, implement, and manage high availability solutions forOracle DatabasesandOracle EBS, includingOracle RAC,Data Guard, andActive Data Guard.
- Manage andoptimizeOracle Applicationsenvironments, includingAPPS tier,DB tier, andConcurrent Managers.
- Must have upgrade and implementation experience for EBS 12. 2
- Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues, application errors, and connectivity problems.
- PerformOracle EBS upgrades, including patching, maintenance, and full application stack validation.
- ManageOracle 12c/19c multi-tenant databases (PDB/ CDB)andcontainer databases.
- Ensure Oracle database and applicationscomply withsecurity best practices, includinguser management,encryption, andaudit trails.
- Work closely with development teams tooptimizeapplication performance and integrate Oracle-based solutions.
- Monitor and manage database and application performance usingOracle Enterprise Managerand other monitoring tools.
- Provide support during major incidents, includingon-call rotation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure proper databasecapacityplanning and manage the performance, growth, and expansion of Oracle database environments.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing forOracle DatabaseandEBS environments.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5+yearsof experience as anOracle DBA, with at least8+ yearsof experience withOracle E-Business Suite (EBS)administration.
- Extensive experience withOracle Database (11g, 12c, 19c)administration, including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, backup/recovery, and performance tuning.
- Proficiencyin managingOracle E-Business Suite (EBS)installations, including all application tiers (DB Tier,Apps Tier), and managingConcurrent Managers,Oracle Forms,Reports, andWorkflow.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)or higher certification.
- Experience withOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)or other cloud platforms for database and application hosting.
- Familiarity withOracleGoldengatefor data replication and migration.
- Experience withDevOpspractices andCI/CDpipelines in Oracle environments.
- Knowledge ofOracle ExadataandOracle Autonomous Database.
