Strategic Project Manager

GUS Global Services is a part of a Netherlands-based organisation.

We are seeking a dynamic professional to work directly with our CEO in the capacity of Senior Manager - Strategic Projects.

This role involves executing strategic initiatives from the CEO's Office and has opportunities for advancement within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading special projects directly overseen by the CEO, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Acting as a versatile tool for solving problems, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions
  • Creating compelling content/presentation decks and narratives for the CEO for both internal and external use
  • Facilitating cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and execution across various departments to achieve strategic goals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication

The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience in handling strategic projects for an Office of Eminence or in a similar high-impact role.

They should be comfortable with domestic/overseas travel and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and drive results.
