About the Role

  • Drive a complete IT transformation: From strategy to execution, redefine our IT landscape, turning it into a competitive advantage.

  • Champion innovation with AI & Automation: Lead the charge in implementing cutting-edge automation and AI/ML solutions to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and unlock new business value.
  • Build a strategic IT function: Realign IT with core business objectives, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and establish robust governance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior roles leading significant IT transformations (40+ staff).
  • Proven hands-on experience and comfort working within smaller, agile organizational structures.
  • A track record of successfully transforming underperforming IT departments into strategic assets, delivering measurable results against cost, quality (defects), and performance (EBITDA).
  • Deep expertise in IT automation and the practical application of AI/ML within an IT setting to drive business value.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework, operational excellence, cloud computing, and IT service management best practices.
  • Extensive experience supporting the IT infrastructure of digital marketing and call center ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's preferred.
