Key Objective of the Job:
- Achieve significant business impact by securing new client relationships through various digital channels.
- Understand customer needs and offer multiple products as required, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain adherence to policies and guidelines for updating leads and closures, upholding high standards of professionalism.
- Execute all activities and campaigns as planned by the Digital Sales Manager, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Display a customer-centric approach by executing all customer interface processes within defined timelines, exceeding customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers seeking mortgage products.
Major Deliverables:
- Meet and exceed business targets in terms of profitability, product mix, and quality of sourcing, driving growth and revenue.
- Serve as a single point of contact for all financial needs, delivering exceptional customer experience and building long-term relationships.
- Ensure zero errors in adherence to policies and systems, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and reliability.
- Satisfy quality standards for sourced files, adhering to specified guidelines and protocols.
- Foster targeted client relationships within agreed timelines, expanding our network and influence.
- Meet and exceed customer acquisition targets, driving business growth and expansion.
- Provide timely updates on all leads shared by stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Meet sales targets for High-Leverage products in assigned territories, driving revenue and growth.
- Ensure customer satisfaction matrix is met for all client relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Deliver timely MIS reports to concerned parties, facilitating informed decision-making and strategy development.
- Clear certification examination within specified timelines, demonstrating expertise and competence.
Specialized Job Competencies:
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of financial products, including Home Loans and Mortgages.
- Understand statutory compliance and local market procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Exhibit proficiency in legal agreement reviews, data uploads across Salesforce, and ability to analyze large datasets for opportunity sizing.
