Job Title: CRM Relationship Builder
Job Description:
As a CRM Relationship Builder, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Your primary role will be to act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, questions, and concerns.

To achieve this, you will need to understand client objectives and work closely with internal teams to develop solutions that align with their goals. You will also conduct regular client meetings to review progress, gather feedback, and present new opportunities.

In addition, you will provide guidance and support to clients on product or service utilization to maximize their value. This includes resolving client issues promptly by coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services. Collaboration with the sales and account management teams is essential to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition.

Your responsibilities will also include preparing and presenting client performance reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. You will track client interactions, document feedback, and ensure all client data is updated in CRM systems.

To excel in this role, you must maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to enhance the client relationship experience.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in CRM or related field.
  • B.C.A and Post Graduate Diploma.
