About the Role

Saimag Systems is seeking a diligent and proactive professional to handle our Accounts Receivable and Client Onboarding functions.

This is a critical, front-facing position that involves managing billing, collections, client verification, and ensuring seamless onboarding of clients. The ideal candidate will possess an accounting background, strong Excel/SAP skills, and a professional, customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and share timely client invoices; track and follow up for payments.
  • Monitor outstanding dues and ensure timely receipt of payments as per defined terms.
  • Conduct thorough client verification (address, phone, email) and upload Know Your Customer data to internal systems.
  • Follow up on overdue payments; identify potential defaulters and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all billing and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure every client interaction is pleasant and business-focused, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Operations) as needed.
