Financial Collector

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring timely collection of receivables, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall financial health of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable ledger to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
• Generate and send invoices to clients/customers.
• Follow up on overdue payments via email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and collections.
• Assist with month-end closing and audit processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
