- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive process improvements.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer-facing role, with a track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues.
- Superior English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility in schedule, including extended or extra shifts as needed.
