Project Manager/Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on customer success, support, sales, and other services functions.
  • Work as part of a wider project team on Consulting engagements to deliver strategic business outcomes.
  • Plan, coordinate, track, and manage projects from inception to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans including scope, work breakdown structures estimates, resource plans, budget, task dependencies, schedule, open issues, and risk assessment and mitigation plans across multiple work streams.
  • Engage with resource managers, technical staff, and business subject matter experts to orchestrate project delivery and ensure alignment with the overall project plan.
  • Identify and define project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and take corrective action to prevent issues.
  • Direct and monitor work efforts on a daily basis, identify resource needs, perform quality reviews, and escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately.
  • Communicate clearly and timely regarding project status, schedule, budget, progress, risks, etc. to relevant stakeholders.
  • Follow industry-standard project management methodologies to ensure projects adhere to defined best practices.
  • Engage with Sales and Account teams to identify drive account growth opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project processes methodology, templates, best practices, etc. based on lessons learned from projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferably candidate should have 8+ years of professional experience in project management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing positions preferably within a system integrator, consulting organization, or IT provider.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences through effective communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Active listener with excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
