Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects and programs, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.

Your typical day involves defining project scopes, monitoring deliverables execution, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to manage expectations, address issues, and drive project success. You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration, adapt to challenges, and ensure all aspects of the project align with strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and manage teams as Subject Matter Experts.
  • Make informed decisions that drive team performance.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to immediate and cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and address project concerns.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and outcomes.
