Job Title: Strategic Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery group, you will be responsible for leading high-profile projects from initiation through closure.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged
  • Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder engagement, including regular updates and progress reports
  • Manage and maintain accurate project records, including meeting minutes, action items, and decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry or sector
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and MS Project
