Job Description

As a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect, you will lead strategic initiatives and drive transformative programs for global enterprises.

You will leverage your expertise in cross-module integrations with SAP ERP, Non-SAP systems, Payroll, Benefits, and other enterprise applications to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

  • A strong background in Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruiting covering the complete Hire-to-Retire process is required.
  • Experience in global, multi-module, multi-location SuccessFactors programs in complex environments is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a subject matter expert across SAP HCM & SuccessFactors modules.
  2. Drive solution design, documentation, and advisory presentations for global customers.
  3. Provide hands-on functional delivery and ensure high-quality implementation.
  4. Lead discovery workshops, strategy discussions, and design thinking sessions.
  5. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle and provide AMS support as needed.
  6. Step into the Project Manager role when required.
  7. Mentor, train, and lead junior consultants, fostering talent growth within the team.
  8. Conduct performance feedback, evaluations, and ratings for downstream resources.
  9. Manage Proofs of Concept (POCs), solution demos, and creation of sales collaterals.
  10. Liaise with SAP to maintain SuccessFactors partnership status.
  11. Contribute to thought leadership by publishing blogs, whitepapers, and participating in industry events/webinars.
  12. Travel onsite (domestic/international) for customer engagements as necessary.
  13. Lead and grow the SAP SuccessFactors practice, scaling headcount with business demand.
  14. Deliver cost optimization, automation, and rapid deployment solutions for clients.
  15. Ensure integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems is seamless.
  16. Report regularly on practice growth, KPIs, and strategic initiatives to the SAP Practice Head.
