About the Role

This role involves implementing and managing global projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SAP SF EC).

You will be responsible for project planning, management, and oversight, as well as coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and oversee full implementation projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.

As Technical Lead & Advisor - SAP SuccessFactors EC

  • You will own the technical implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to project teams and business stakeholders.
  • Serve as the central knowledge holder for SuccessFactors EC within the global HR-IT team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Several years of experience in managing HR IT projects, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency in agile and traditional project management methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Experience in technical consulting and solution architecture.
